Our company started small and grew with knowledge. We never stop at good idea and continue to work hard. This story is about our journey. It's about how we got better over time.
Established in August 1978, Radicon began producing heat exchanger from the beginning and continue to develop over time to be at the forefront of the market. Now, Radicon is the center of R&D of the group and specializes in production of larger range of heat exchanger. Alexon, established in 1994, specialized in automotive heat exchanger having the capacity for large demand including battery cooler. We aim to design and produce highest quality heat exchangers in the industry.
Our products ranges from radiators, oil coolers, intercoolers, heater cores, all you need for heat transfer solutions. Our market includes automotive such as super cars, high performance motorcycles and trucks; construction such as excavators; agricultural such as tractors; and stationary/industrial such as air compressors, gensets.
VISION
Our company equips with global presence with dedicated technical supports and a network of third-party warehouses strategically located around the world, ensuring efficient service and accessibility for our clients worldwide.

To ensure consistency in product performance, we continuously monitor and thoroughly check in-process parts as well as finished products through periodic bench testing. Our stringent quality standards have been recognized in the industry and have repeatedly won the Best Quality Awards from OEM customers. In addition to our fundamental ISO 9001:2015, we now achieve IATF16949 the new global quality standard for automotive.
