High Performance EV

As the vehicle industry move toward the EV trend, many people believe that heat-exchangers are no more required. However EV has much more electric and electronic components that demand thermal management even more than ICE.

In a ICE, most parts and oil have limit upper temperature of 120°C whereas EV limit is only 60°C. For lower limit temperature like -20°C, EV has inferior performance of quick changes, driving range may drop to half of normal. There is ample heat source in ICE, whereas major heat source of EV is derived from battery. Several different type of heat-exchangers for cooling and heating many components of an EV are installed to keep the vehicle run smoothly, good efficiency, no damage and no fire accident.
